Mark your calendar for Tuesday, June 14! The Dog and I invite all our cyber-friends to help us celebrate Flag Day with a burst of giveaways.
The Flag Day Giveaway event is for anyone with a blog (or Etsy shop) to announce that they’re giving away craft supplies or something handmade. We’ll post the master list–broken down by prize category–on June 14. Visitors will have until June 17 to stop by the participating blogs and enter the giveaways they’re interested in.
Guidelines and FAQs for giveaway hosts are here. To sign up as a giveaway host, submit the online Sign-Up Application.
Before registering to host, you’ll need to decide:
- What category your giveaway fits under: Handcrafted Item(s), Handcrafted Item(s)+Supplies/Materials, Papercrafting/Fabric supplies (a tutorial, online class pass or kit would fall under here).
- Whether you’ll ship internationally (the USPS website has information on USPS pricing and U.S. requirements for international shipments; for private carriers’ terms, check their websites).
On Flag Day, stop by to verify your information if you’re hosting a giveaway (please check all three categories for your name before panicking), explore the other sites and try your luck at winning a fun giveaway!

Can i play if I do not participate (give away something)??? I just had 3 HUGE giveaways. (Cottage charm and OWH Memorial day blog hop) I do not think I could afford top ship anything again for a bit.

Oh yes, anyone is welcome to visit and try their luck at the giveaways–you don’t have to be hosting a giveaway to play.
