Jolly Bingo Bits: Sledding in the New Year

Can't you just hear the penguin thinking 'Dude, resolve to lose some weight this year!'?

You might think that those jolly bits from Jolly Bingo Bits would ring in the New Year with a rousing night of bingo.

Not these two li’l guys–they’re out sledding on the first snows of January.

Wonder if they know that Chinese tradition holds that how you spend New Year’s Day determines how the year will go for you?

With his muffler whipping in the wind, Snowy looks like he’s okay with that.

Pengy, on the other hand, is working pretty hard–see how taut the rope is?  Poor fella, he’s really having to lean into the blowing snow to get some traction.

Looks like Pengy could be in for a tough year in 2011. . . .

• Etc.: Many Marvelous Markers, Big Shot, Sizzix embossing plate (Texturz Backgrounds #1), punches (modern Label, Word Window, 3/4″ x 15/16″ Oval), paper snips, Basic Pearls, shimmer paint (Frost White), Stampin’ Sponge, linen thread, Sticky Strip, Stampin’ Dimensionals.
