Welcome to Stop #12 on the Stampin’ Addicts 2010 Occasions Mini blog hop! Don’t Rhonda’s adorable Stampin’ Bunny projects (with Eggcoutrements and the Excellent Eggs kit) put you in the mood for springtime?

Who wants a nice, hot cup of coffee?

Who wants a nice, hot cup of coffee?

Here at InkPaperStamps, we’re featuring the Mini Milk Carton Bigz L die(Click on any photo for a larger view of the project.)

Today, I’ll share an overview of my three projects–be sure to come back next week as each project is presented in its own post with more details and ideas.

To get us up and going on the first day of the new year, the Mini Milk Carton first takes on the persona of an old electric percolator.

Fill the carton with chocolate-covered coffee beans–or coffee-flavored jelly beans–for a fun favor at your next coffee or shower.  Or slip a key-ring sized Starbucks gift card inside for the java fiend in your life.

A box full of kisses for your sweetheart

Next, the Mini Milk Carton gets a haircut for a new look, just in time for Valentine’s Day.

With a few strategically placed bites from a punch, now it’s a charming vessel, ready to be filled with kisses–of the chocolate variety–for the ones you love.

Trade the kisses for Hershey’s Hugs, and you have a treat appropriate for even the most prudish on your list to remember this February 14.

This tiny box gets its sweetheart neckline from the curly label punch.  Try a variety of punches, and get a variety of looks!

(FYI, this box holds five kisses–enough to show your affection, but not so many it makes your mom blush.)

And now, for the grand finale, the most clever and the most beautiful Mini Milk Carton project of the bunch!

Well. . . . *sniff, sniff*. . . I had a clever and beautiful grand finale project. . . but then. . . *lower lip begins to quiver, then Holly hands you a box of tissues and a tear-stained sheet of paper bearing these words:*

Ode to A Cardstock Dreidel
by HollyLogic
 I made a little dreidel
of cardstock, blue and gold.
But while we were out shopping,
the dog of it got hold.

She licked it and she chewed it–
that furry little twerp!
By the time we got back home,
It was just a burp.

The moral of this story,
as sad as it is true:
your doggie and your dreidel,
never mix the two.

RIP, lovely little dreidel (12/30/09 - 12/31/09)

Well, Hannukah *is* almost 50 weeks away.

So, if you come back on Monday to see a recreation of *muffled sob* Perhaps the Most Beautiful Dreidel Ever Created from SU’s Finest Cardstocks (by a Methodist Girl, Anyway), you’ll still have plenty of time to make your own and amaze your friends.

The good Lord willing and the dog don’t come back for seconds, of course.
